BOOM!!
Recently,
I’ve been having hard times. I’m always thinking how to get through this. I tried
to open my mind and thought that these would have a benefit for me. At least, it
helped me decrease my useless minds. The thoughts which stressed me out.
When
I feel stress, I often do something that will cheer me up. For example, listen
to music, singing, read some books or articles or anything interested me, play
some games in my smartphone, or maybe take a nap. But frequently I listen to
music to relieve my stress. The songs which I listened recently are ballad and
mellow songs. I’m crazy about BTOB’s “Missing You” and “Beautiful Pain”. When I
listen these songs, I’m feeling like sharing my grief and sighing to others.
because of these songs I think that there is someone who has problem heavier
than mine. I also realized that after rain fall there is a beautiful rainbow. After
this hard time, there’s smile and happiness. These really help me to calm my
mind.
I’ve
been under a lot of stress lately. One of the things I’m thankful for is that
my body has survived to this day, even though I’m not sure it’s the same as my
mental condition. I have to take care of my mental condition as I do to my
physical health.
However,
don’t let your grief and sighing continue. You must be happy. We have to get
our smile and happiness. If you feel that this is very hard to pass, you can
take a rest. Let your body and mind rest for a while. You may get refreshing
activities, like do your hobby, or anything that can help you feel better. Don’t
worry, let’s be shining!
